Spinoso Real Estate Group in Louisville, KY is seeking a Specialty Leasing Manager to drive revenue through non-traditional retail opportunities at Jefferson Mall. This role blends sales, business development, and operations to optimize the center’s tenant mix and merchandising.

You will develop, implement, and manage the Specialty Leasing program and budget, prospect and secure new retailers, negotiate licenses, and coordinate tenant setups while partnering with leasing and management teams to

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Willingness to conduct regular in-person canvassing (approximately 1–2 days per week) within the trade area.
• Experience in specialty leasing, retail leasing, or commercial real estate is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Specialty Leasing program and budget.
• Prospect, identify, and secure new specialty retailers through active canvassing and relationship-building.
• Canvass to generate leads, build a pipeline, and communicate space availability within the trade area.
• Negotiate and execute license agreements to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Coordinate the setup, relocation, and breakdown of all Specialty Leasing tenants.
• Collaborate with leasing and management teams to align on merchandising strategy.
