Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Full-Time Security Site Supervisor for a Shopping Mall on the West Side of El Paso. The role oversees on-site security operations, staffing, and training to ensure contract compliance and high-quality service.

Pay rate is $15.50 per hour with weekly pay. Requires 1+ year of security and supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for all Allied Universal personnel at the site.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Prepare security surveys and post orders; assist with payroll and incident reports.
• Recommend positive or negative personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates as needed.
• Support disciplinary decisions and cost reduction initiatives; suggest improvements to security plans.
