Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Age requirement: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees per procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the mall, including common areas, entrances, and parking.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies and communicate with responders.
• Observe and report unusual activity or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control and directions for mall personnel and responders.
