Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include valid driver’s license and age 18+ (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen are part of employment conditions.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and staff while enforcing site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols across the retail location, including entryways and perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual activity or policy violations to site leadership.
• Assist with access control and maintaining a professional presence to deter unauthorized activity.
