Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff.”
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols at retail properties, including common areas and parking areas.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Observe and report unusual activity or policy violations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Assist with access control and directions while communicating with mall management.
