You will protect clients across Retail/Malls and surrounding areas, perform routine patrols, deter incidents, and drive to sites as needed. A valid driver’s license is required for this driving post.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be 18+ for unarmed roles; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and vendors following site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct routine and random patrols of retail areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access activity and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Maintain a professional presence and assist with directions and information.
