Qualifications

• Minimum of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the shopping center including common areas and parking facilities.
• Observe and report unusual activity and security concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control, visitor directions, and communications with mall management and first responders as needed.
