Job summary

Mall of America seeks a vigilant security professional to patrol the property, assist guests, and respond to emergencies with professionalism and discretion. You will contribute to guest safety and security while supporting loss prevention efforts and ensuring access control across mall areas.

The role prioritizes a strong customer service mindset, calm decision making, and collaboration with dispatch and Supervisors.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Prior CPR/First Aid training preferred and able to perform CPR.

Responsibilities

• Patrol Mall of America common and restricted areas by foot or vehicle.
• Provide excellent guest service and assist guests with directions and lost items.
• Respond to emergencies including medical incidents and disorderly guests; arrest as needed.
• Write detailed reports and assist with loss prevention and safety.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow MOA policies during operations.
