Job summary

GGP Services Inc. is seeking a Property Management Associate to administer short-term revenue programs, oversee community initiatives, and support mall marketing. You will liaise across Mall Management, Leasing, Marketing, and Business Development to drive revenue and partner relations.

Based at Deerbrook Mall, you will coordinate specialty leasing, vendor programs, and events while ensuring compliance with company standards. A hands-on, detail-oriented approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years shopping center or retail experience.
• Strong project management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports, budgets, contracts, and legal documents.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Supervisory and coaching skills with ability to delegate tasks.
• Demonstrate effective conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and JDEdwards.
• Core competencies: Nimble Learning, Collaborates, Drives Results, Customer Focus, Business Insight, Organizational Savvy.

Responsibilities

• Administer specialty leasing deals and site operations, including deal sheets and packets in Salesforce.
• Coordinate license agreements, merchant onboarding, and audit-ready merchant files.
• Oversee partnerships, collateral and installation/removal per contract terms.
• Be the on-site contact for business development and coordinate with GM and leadership.
• Screen and route leads for specialty leasing and partnerships to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate merchant placements based on space availability and building codes.
• Manage onboarding, site visits, and coordination with operations and security.
• Maintain documentation for marketing programs, signage, and digital displays.
• Assist with inventory, payments collections, and accounts receivable as needed.
