Job summary

GGP, a leading retail real estate company, seeks a Property Management Associate to administer short-term revenue programs and community events at Deerbrook Mall. You will liaise across Mall Management, Business Development, Leasing and Marketing to manage merchant relations and program execution.

Responsibilities include managing specialty leasing, partnerships, visual standards, and site operations, with potential MOD duties outside regular hours.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years shopping center or retail experience.
• Strong project management, organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports, budgets, contracts and legal documents.
• Adaptable to a dynamic work environment; supervisory and coaching ability.
• Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills with merchants and customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, JDEdwards and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Administer specialty leasing deals and merchant onboarding in Salesforce.
• Manage specialty leasing and strategic partnership collateral and installations.
• Serve as on-site contact for business development and resolve merchant issues.
• Ensure merchants adhere to company guidelines and visual standards.
• Screen and route business development leads to appropriate reps.
• Participate in site visits with prospective merchants.
• Coordinate merchant openings/closings and RMU installations.
• Coordinate drawings and permits with Tenant Coordination.
• Provide performance proof for national/local advertising deals.
• Educate merchants on rent collection and manage AR as needed.
• Oversee storage rental programs and occupancy tracking.
• Oversee merchant Insurance Program; ensure COIs current.
• Oversee Holiday photo set operations and vendor coordination.
• Possibly participate in Manager on Duty schedule outside office hours.
