Job summary

GGP, headquartered in Chicago, IL, operates Deerbrook Mall in Humble, TX, and is seeking a Property Management Associate to administer revenue programs and support mall operations.

In this role you will liaise with Mall Management, Leasing, Marketing, and Business Development; oversee specialty leasing and events; ensure compliance with guidelines; and help manage accounts receivable and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 1-3 years shopping center or retail experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports, budgets, contracts, and legal documents.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer revenue programs and leases, prepare deal sheets and packets in Salesforce.
• Coordinate on-site with Mall Management, Leasing, and Marketing teams.
• Manage specialty leasing and strategic partnership deals; collect payments and AR as needed.
• Oversee merchant insurance and vendor coordination for events and promotional activations.
• Assist with on-site events, provide customer service, and ensure policy compliance.
