Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Mall Center Patrol Driver in Irvine, CA. You will patrol retail areas and maintain a visible security presence, assist with access control, and deliver excellent customer service to visitors and tenants.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, background checks, and the ability to work swing shifts as part of a full‑time team. Candidates should be at least 18, have a high school diploma, and be comfortable using technology to report and log

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, retailers, and employees by carrying out site‑specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, parking structures, exterior walkways, loading areas, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel or emergency services.
