Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Mall Center Mobile Driver in Irvine, CA. This full-time overnight role involves unarmed patrols, exceptional customer service, and driving to maintain security across a retail/mall setting.

The position requires a valid driver''s license and strong safety awareness. You will report incidents, assist with access control, and ensure compliance with site policies while supporting a caring, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience required.
• Valid driver''s license required for driving positions.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, suspicious activity, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, garages, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, directions, lost-and-found inquiries, and adherence to property rules and posted regulations.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns promptly in accordance with site procedures.
