Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Driver Residential in Irvine, CA. You will drive patrol routes, conduct inspections, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service to residents and guests.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Experience using an alarm panel is preferred.
• A background investigation will be conducted as part of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state regulations.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, and parking lots.
• Monitor access points and provide directions to residents and guests.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate with site management.
