You will protect clients in Retail/Malls and other sites, maintain a visible presence, deter incidents, and deliver welcoming customer service to shoppers, tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks and drug screening as required.
• Guard card/license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and retail customers by following site security procedures.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail areas, parking lots, entrances and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity and hazards per site procedures.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation with professional presence.
