Job summary

Allied Universal in Irvine, CA is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer Retail Patrol Driver to protect retail and mall locations. You will patrol with a visible presence, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service.

A valid driver’s license is required, and the schedule is Day Time with shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM on multiple days. The role offers pay at $21.50 per hour, with the chance to pick up additional shifts via our Claim a Shift platform and grow within a dynamic,

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, visitors and staff.
Strong observation and reporting skills.
Able to work as part of a team and follow site procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, tenants, and retail patrons while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
Conduct regular and random patrols of retail areas, parking, and surrounding perimeters to deter incidents.
Respond to alarms and incidents calmly, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, property concerns, and maintenance issues to designated personnel.
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with site requirements.
