Simon Property Group seeks an Operations Director for the Midland Park Mall to maximize customer experience and tenant sales through safe, clean, and well-maintained environments. You will oversee facilities, maintenance, and contracted services, driving capital projects and asset preservation whileupholding Simon standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in operations, facilities, or property management.
• Ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and schematics.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and vendor management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop 5-year capital plan to maintain and enhance property assets.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and safety systems.
• Manage operating expenses and stay within budget.
• Lead maintenance staff and coordinate contractors.
• Ensure OSHA/ADA/EPA compliance and safety.
