Job summary

GGP in Baltimore is seeking a Facilities Technician to assist the Operations Manager with safety plans, operating standards, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to protect the property's assets. You will install, repair, and maintain building systems, support events, and perform interior/exterior maintenance tasks, while following OSHA guidelines and safety policies.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and 2–3 years of maintenance experience, with occasional evenings or weekends

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in building maintenance or related field.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, plans and schematic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Operate equipment for preventative maintenance and minor repairs; keep areas clean.
• Perform maintenance on interior/exterior areas including painting, drywall, plumbing, lighting, roofing.
• Maintain inventories, records, and MSDS files; manage tools and supplies.
