Job summary

GGP is seeking a Facilities Technician to assist the Operations Manager with safety plans, maintenance, and repairs across property assets. You will troubleshoot building systems, perform preventive maintenance, and help with decor installation, janitorial tasks, and event setup.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 2–3 years in maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read plans. OSHA10 and Outlook familiarity are a plus; bilingual candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2–3 years building maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, plans and schematic drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs around interior/exterior areas.
• Assist with event setup, decor, custodial duties, and snow removal as needed.
• Maintain inventories, MSDS, supplies, and tools; support safety programs.
