Job summary

GGP Services Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to assist with the upkeep of physical assets at Town East Mall. Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining building systems, as well as custodial duties. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and 2-3 years of relevant experience, along with a valid Driver’s License.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, plans, and schematic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various building systems.
• Perform maintenance and minor repairs on interior/exterior areas.
• Assist with maintaining inventory systems, records, and tools.
