The Male Spa Attendant at Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa in Tucson is essential to creating a relaxing, luxurious environment for every guest. You will greet guests, escort them, maintain pristine spa spaces, restock supplies, and uphold health and safety standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

This seasonal, weekends-only role supports therapists and front-desk operations, prepares treatment rooms, assists with laundry, and maintains spa ambiance while protecting guest

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior spa, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks.

• Greet guests warmly and escort them throughout the spa, ensuring comfort and personalized service.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, including locker rooms, treatment rooms, lounges, and common areas.
• Restock towels, linens, amenities, and supplies throughout the day to ensure uninterrupted guest experience.
• Sanitize surfaces and equipment between each guest use following health and safety protocols.
• Support therapists and spa staff by preparing treatment rooms, collecting used linens, and replenishing inventory as needed.
• Monitor and maintain spa ambiance (lighting, music, scent, and cleanliness) to align with brand standards.
• Assist with laundry operations, folding and organizing towels and robes throughout the day.
• Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to management in a timely manner.
• Uphold guest confidentiality and ensure a serene, respectful environment at all times.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns, ensuring satisfaction.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Prior experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with spa etiquette and basic service protocols (e.g., guest escorting, towel and linen handling, restocking amenities).
• Comfortable performing light physical tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and room setup.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality or wellness-related coursework or certifications are a bonus but not required.

*This is a seasonal position, weekends only until May 31st 2027.
