Job summary

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing stock, generating reports and supporting the Store Manager with revenue and expense control, including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to train and motivate team members to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily Makery operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, professional Makery environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Manage stock of raw materials, finished products and supplies.
• Generate sales reports and assist with revenue and expense control.
• Work five days per week with 30–45 hour schedules; nights and weekends required.
