Job summary

Buff City Soap is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to maintain a high-energy, positive environment and drive store performance. The role oversees Makery operations and leads a team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The position emphasizes operational excellence, coaching, and achieving productivity goals, including managing stock, reporting, and supporting revenue targets. Night and weekend work is required, with a five-day workweek and 30–45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Leadership and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Trainer and motivator with leadership qualities desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Makery daily operations.
• Lead client-centric service and sales.
• Maintain a clean Makery environment.
• Set goals and provide coaching to staff.
• Manage stock of materials and inventory.
• Assist Store Manager with revenue goals.
• Work nights and weekends as required.
• Five days per week, 30–45 hours.
