Job summary

Key duties include engaging with clients, recommending products, achieving sales goals, and keeping the Makery clean and organized. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and treated professionally.
• Ability to engage with all clients, build relationships and understand their needs as a client.
• Ability to make product recommendations.
• Ability to maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Ability to multi-task, juggle product production with client flow, and engage new clients.
• Assist with keeping the Makery and retail areas clean.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment while upholding company policies.
