Buff City Soap is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment and drive store performance. You will supervise the Makery, coach team members, and ensure operational excellence to meet productivity goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, ensuring top-notch customer experiences and maintaining an impeccably clean Makery space while supporting the Store Manager with revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily Makery operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to deliver a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean Makery and ensure high quality product.
• Set clear goals and coach team members to improve performance.
• Manage stock of raw materials, finished goods and supplies.
• Generate sales reports and assist with inventory, production, and Makery duties.
• Support Store Manager in driving revenue and controlling expenses.
• Work nights and weekends as required; typical 30–45 hour schedule.
