Job summary

Buff City Soap is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to maintain a high-energy, customer-focused environment and drive store performance. This role leads Makery operations, coaches team members, and ensures exceptional client experiences while meeting productivity goals.

The position requires supervising Makery activities, managing inventory, and supporting the Store Manager in revenue and expense controls.

Qualifications

• Management or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Leadership, motivation and training skills desired.
• College education preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily Makery operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to deliver a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean Makery environment and inventory.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Assist Store Manager in controlling revenue and expenses and in stock management.
