Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience developing and delivering educational programs, workshops, or events.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of makerspace environments, innovation programs, engineering education, or experiential learning initiatives.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive community.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers educational programming including workshops, events, training, and mentorship.
• Creates co-curricular learning experiences that promote innovation and hands-on learning.
• Builds relationships with students, faculty, alumni, and campus partners.
• Coordinates marketing and outreach for makerspace programs and events.
• Supports curriculum-related tutorials and instructional resources.
• Assists with budget tracking and program documentation.
