• Bachelor’s degree plus 2–3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience developing and delivering educational programs,workshops, or events.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with diversest stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiessimultaneously.
• Knowledge of makerspace environments, innovation programs,engineering education, or experiential learning initiatives.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcomingcommunity.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers educational programming including workshops, events, training sessions, competitions, and mentorship opportunities.
• Creates and supports co-curricular learning experiences that promote innovation, entrepreneurship, design thinking, and hands-onlearning.
• Builds relationships with students, faculty, alumni, and campuspartners to expand makerspace engagement and participation.
• Promotes an accessible, collaborative, and supportive learningenvironment.
• Coordinates marketing and outreach efforts for makerspaceprograms and events.
• Assists with curricular integration and academic partnerships as applicable.
