Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Technician in McKinney, TX to prepare vacant homes for move-in. You will perform repairs, ensure appliances function, and manage lock changes and security setups. Daily coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor ensures efficient turnover.

You will inspect units, track supplies, and complete punch lists while adhering to safety protocols and company policies. This role requires strong communication and the ability to work in varying weather

Responsibilities

• Complete all make-ready tasks within established timeframes.
• Perform repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, flooring).
• Ensure appliances are operational and in good condition.
• Change locks, install lockboxes and alarms in vacant homes.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and manage supplies and punch lists.
