Job summary

• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and supplies used.
• Notify management of supplies or equipment needs for make-ready tasks.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies during repairs and cleaning.
• Inspect units to identify additional repairs or maintenance.
• Walk vacant homes prior to move-in and complete punch lists.
