Job summary

Two Coast Living in Northville, MI is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform painting, repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups and cleaning to company standards.

The role partners with maintenance and property management teams, emphasizing safety, timely turnovers, resident interactions, and serving as a stepping stone to the Maintenance Technician role after consistently strong performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready work: painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and cleaning to company standards.
• Ensure apartments meet quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with safety standards.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members while working across the property.
