Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents by performing maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic upgrades to company standards. The role works with Maintenance and Property Management, requires 1 year in general maintenance or make-ready work, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional on-call weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work including painting, repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support maintenance with repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment per safety standards.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members across the community.
