Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents at The Parc at East 51st in Tulsa, OK. You will perform painting, repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, and cleaning to meet company standards, ensuring on-time move-ins.

You’ll collaborate with the maintenance and property management teams, contribute to safety and quality checks, and support ongoing upkeep across properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members while working throughout the community.
