Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Apartment community experience required.
• Knowledge of drywall, lock change, and light electrical, carpentry, flooring, plumbing.
• HVAC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make ready vacant apartments quickly and to clean, market-ready standards.
• Complete make ready punch list items: cleaning, painting, flooring, caulking, wall prep, fixtures.
• Move appliances, remove abandoned furniture, unload and store supplies.
• Inspect for safety, correct hazards, and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain records for preventative maintenance, work orders, and status updates.
• Prepare unit for occupancy within 3–5 days of vacancy and ensure curb appeal.
