Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Make Ready Technician for the Explore Tides at Eastchase community. The role focuses on preparing vacated apartments to market-ready condition, maintaining cleanliness and curb appeal, and supporting the property team to ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, performing tasks safely, assisting with painting, and coordinating with management on life-safety issues. A high school diploma and clean driving record are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vacated apartments are restored to market-ready status.
• Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining high cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Inspect vacated apartments and complete checklists.
• Assist with painting duties when requested.
• Safely operate maintenance tools and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with residents and co-workers.
• Report life-safety issues promptly.
• Learn and comply with company policies and laws.
