Job summary

Two Coast Living in Kemah, TX is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. The role covers painting, repairs, cleaning and fixtures to ensure move-in readiness on schedule.

Collaborate with Maintenance and Property Management, participate in safety standards, and support ongoing upkeep. A clear pathway to the Maintenance Technician role exists after proven performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with make-ready processes preferred.
• Ability to perform painting, repairs and basic safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community
