Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician for GO Legacy at Druid Hills in Atlanta, GA. This on-site role focuses on safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes, responding to resident needs, and preparing units for new residents with care.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in multifamily maintenance or a technical trade school, a high school diploma, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and basic tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of multifamily maintenance or technical trade school.
• EPA Certification required.
• CPO or CAMT certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and own basic maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage expenses by following inventory and purchasing procedures.
• Get overtime approvals at least 24 hours in advance.
• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document security deposit deductions.
• Report billable service charges and lease violation fees.
• Maintain a professional image and positive attitude.
• Communicate daily with the Service Manager and provide updates.
• Complete reports and work orders accurately and on time.
• Follow safety practices and attend safety meetings.
• Keep the office area neat and adhere to company standards.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• In the absence of a Service Manager, report to the leadership representative.
