Fogelman is seeking an experienced Make Ready Technician to join Creekside at White Oak in Newnan, GA. The role involves preparing vacant units, performing basic maintenance, painting, and coordinating with the team to ensure timely move-ins.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in make-ready or maintenance, with HVAC certs a plus. Valid driver's license required, and competitive benefits support ongoing training and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Make Ready or maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Clear out and dispose items left behind after move out.
• Complete make-ready service per move out checklist (painting, etc.).
• Perform new move-in service requests per checklist.
• Assist inventory of supplies and coordinate with supervisor.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and other service requests.
• May participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain positive communications with residents, vendors, and coworkers.
• Adhere to safety and Fair Housing policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
