The role involves maintenance, appliance repair, drywall/paint, electrical work, and on-call support. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; HVAC certifications are a plus. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of related maintenance experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Active and valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready condition by performing maintenance and turnover duties.
• Basic appliance repair and troubleshooting.
• Drywall repair and touch-up painting; basic electrical repairs.
• Caulking and apartment touch-ups; trash-out and debris removal.
• Testing locks and key sets; assisting with property inspections and walks.
• Maintaining grounds and common areas including trash pickup and sweeping.
