Qualifications

• General Maintenance experience with HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry or Electrical preferred.
• Dedication to exceeding customer needs and building relationships.
• Demonstrate thoroughness, self-motivation and organization when completing tasks.
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Light maintenance: trashing vacants, removing carpet, etc.
• Light landscaping: weeding, watering, planting flowers, etc.
• Inspect and maintain buildings to align with company standards and laws.
• Assist in Make Ready units across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, painting and locks.
• Snow removal when needed.
• Provide high quality customer service to maximize resident retention.
