Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician to prepare vacant units for market with timely repairs and make-ready work. You will follow the community’s make-ready checklist, complete repairs, caulking, painting, and ensure safety compliance while supporting grounds and common areas as needed.

The role requires responsiveness to residents, adherence to safety policies, and collaboration with the Service Supervisor and Community Manager to meet occupancy standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and improvements to apartment homes per make-ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, baths.
• Inspect drywall and repair/replace as needed.
• Perform touch-up painting for vacant and occupied units.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; clean and paint curbs.
