Job summary

Greystar seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure vacant units are prepared to market ready condition by performing technical repairs and routine upkeep. You will follow the community’s make-ready checklist and assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities with efficient service.

You will also inspect repairs, perform touch-up painting, and comply with safety policies by attending trainings and reporting incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• Performs repairs and improvements to apartment homes per make-ready checklist.
• Maintains safety by attending training and following OSHA-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Completes make-ready repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to move-in.
• Inspects sheetrock for damage and repairs/replaces as needed; performs touch-up painting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; cleans and paints curbs and signage as directed.
