Job summary

Addison Crater Woods is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units and support on-site operations. The role reports to the Service Manager and requires hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

On-call rotation and availability for after-hours work are expected. Responsibilities include completing work orders, coordinating with the Service Manager, and assisting with inventory, grounds, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical skills.
• SDS and OSHA knowledge.
• 609 Refrigerant/Certifications as needed; training available.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Be on-call 24 hours as scheduled by Service Manager.
• Assist the Service Manager, Housekeeper and Grounds staff as needed.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs and review with the Service Manager.
• Perform work orders and respond to maintenance requests.
• Maintain grounds and shop cleanliness.
• Follow General Operating Policies and maintain professional appearance.
