Job summary

The Mark in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician to perform make-ready repairs in vacant units and support the Service Manager. This full-time role requires on-call availability and hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

The position includes duties such as inventory support, door-to-door inspections, and ensuring safety standards. HVAC certification is a plus, with training offered as needed.

Qualifications

• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills required.
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA.
• 608 Refrigerant Certification preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Be on-call 24 hours as scheduled.
• Assist the Service Manager with maintenance and inventory.
• Maintain a clean maintenance shop and follow policies.
