Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Service Technician to support maintenance until turnover at Ten01 on the Lake in Tempe, AZ. You will handle repairs, perform make-readies, and ensure community upkeep while delivering five-star service across the property.

The role offers on-call rotation with an additional $3.00/hour while on-call and potential extra pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications. Housing discounts and benefits are provided for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• General knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, and OSHA-related standards.
• Knowledge of building systems and service orientation.
• Basic written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain adequate supply of make-ready units.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and inform management.
• Share on-call duties and respond in uniform when needed.
• Monitor inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
