Qualifications

• No specific education required; English reading/writing is necessary for safety and task completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all public and common areas in a clean, neat, and attractive condition.
• Clean and maintain the pool area daily and assist with make-ready of vacant units.
• Maintain trash and dumpster areas; deliver resident notices and assist maintenance staff.
• Respond to service requests in a timely and accurate manner; perform basic maintenance tasks.
