Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain public and common areas in a clean, neat, and attractive condition.
• Clean and maintain the pool area daily and manage basic irrigation.
• Assist with make-ready of vacant units.
• Manage trash and dumpster areas; remove debris.
• Deliver notices and assist maintenance staff as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and respond to service requests promptly.
• Follow safety practices and participate in trainings.
• Wear company uniforms and safety gear on duty.
