Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC seeks a dependable Porter to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of our apartment community in Canyon Lake, Texas. The role involves keeping public areas inviting, daily pool area upkeep, assisting with vacant-unit make-readies, and supporting maintenance tasks.

The position is full-time with a 40-hour week, some weekend work, and overtime as needed. English literacy is required; prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English for safety and task completion.
• Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work outdoors and in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all public and common areas in clean, neat, attractive condition (sweeping, litter pickup, light gardening, windows, furniture).
• Clean and maintain pool area daily and manage basic irrigation-related tasks.
• Assist with make-ready process of vacant units and prep for new residents.
• Maintain trash and dumpster areas, removing debris.
• Deliver resident notices and assist maintenance staff as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and respond to service requests promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies; attend required trainings and meetings.
