Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Manager, Make Ready to lead day-to-day vacant home turn execution across markets, ensuring leasing-ready delivery on time and to standard. This role supervises Make Ready Technicians and owns turn cycle cost, quality, and documentation.

You will set priorities, coach performance, monitor workload, and maintain strong cross-functional communication, with frequent field travel required to cover assigned markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential maintenance, construction, or related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team-leadership experience.
• Single-family rental/build-to-rent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction/maintenance systems and scopes.
• Proficient with property management/work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Make Ready Technicians and manage turn quality, cost, and timelines.
• Set daily/weekly priorities and monitor workload/capacity.
• Coordinate technicians, vendors, and materials; reduce delays.
• Ensure homes meet Clean, Safe, and Functional standards before leasing.
• Track performance with KPIs and uphold safety and quality.
