Responsibilities

• Lead Make Ready Technicians and ensure homes are leasing-ready on time and within scope and budget.
• Oversee full-cycle make-ready from move-out to leasing readiness, including inspections and scope development.
• Monitor team performance, safety, and documentation; coordinate with Director, Construction Operations and cross-functional partners.
